1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your ice trays food-safe?

Yes. All Icevella trays are made from high-quality, food-grade silicone or BPA-free plastic that is safe for freezing and drinking water.

6. Are the trays easy to release ice?

Yes. Our flexible silicone trays allow you to twist and pop out ice cubes effortlessly, without cracking or sticking.

7. Are the trays dishwasher safe?

Yes. Most models are top-rack dishwasher safe. Please check the product description for specific care instructions.

8. What shapes and sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety including:

  • Standard cubes
  • Large 2" cubes (slow-melting for whiskey/cocktails)
  • Sphere ice balls
  • Novelty shapes and trays with lids

9. How many ice cubes does each tray make?

Capacity varies by model — commonly 6, 9, 12, 15 or more cubes per tray. This is clearly stated on every product page.

10. Can the trays be used for more than just water?

Absolutely. They are perfect for freezing juice, coffee, herbs in olive oil, lemonade, smoothies, and homemade popsicles.

11. Do the trays stack well in the freezer?

Yes. Most designs are stackable to maximize freezer space and keep things organized.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my ice tray arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
